Việt Nam is seeking to unlock new growth drivers, expand its development space and strengthen the marine economy under a new set of long-term Party resolutions.
The proposed centre would be developed as a smart green hub bringing together maritime finance, insurance, brokerage, legal and arbitration services, as well as workforce training.
